My Wife and I went with 3 other couples and we all loved it. The
dialog was quick, funny, and authentic enough that it wasn’t boring.
It was fun to follow the characters. The guest appearances keep you
entertained as well, but the main cast were great. The men in the movie
seemed like they were really going to drive the entire movie, but Taraji
was really good in this film and the rest of the ladies really played
off the men well. I plan to see it again in theaters with a different
group of friends and maybe once more after that.
Kevin and Romany really carried a lot of the funny in this film, but
also brought the feel of truth to the movie. It was just a pleasant
experience to pay your money for something and get more than what you
anticipated. It was truly a movie that crossed color and gender lines
as the dialog, jokes, and situations were wonderfully written and
acted out.
A must see. Best movie I’ve seen in the theater that made me laugh and
kept me consistently entertained since Wedding Crashers…
